Bimal Patel2023-12-07Can’t share enough about how much I’ve improved over a small number of weeks going to Auto-Ness. I came in with a desire to improve my physical self from knee, neck and other joint and muscular ailments and they’ve helped me literally fix everything by learning new exercises, getting PT during my sessions and just making incremental steps to improve. While I feel like I’ve landed at a good spot in 10 weeks, I know I can continue to improve my body and limit injuries in the near-term and avoid major issues down the road (I’m 49) especially as I pick up playing tennis again since high school, maybe playing pickle ball, running, strength training, etc.
kay neglerio2023-12-06I've been coming here for both post-running discomfort and shoulder pain from work. My PT was able to pinpoint my trouble areas very easily. Over the past few months I have learned more about how my body works, and how to stretch and strengthen to avoid further injury. So thankful for Dr. Jina and the auto-ness team, highly recommend!

He listens carefully and his instruction accompanied with his hands on approach has transformed the way I feel. I initially went to see Dr. Grayson for chronic neck/back pain that stemmed from working in front of a computer all day, but while I had these sessions to address that area I had some additional ailments that he was able to address as well. In the end, he was able to help my whole body, which has drastically improved my quality of life! Going forward, I now have the knowledge and exercise regimen that I can continue to feel great. I would highly recommend Dr. Grayson! Additionally, everyone that I have encountered at Auto-Ness has been so kind and friendly. It's a great environment to receive physical therapy!

Sabra, their office manager, with her enthusiasm and kind smile will make you feel right at home. As a personal trainer it is crucial to have professionals in place not only for my clients but for myself as well. I love their philosophy of treating patients as a whole. We all have issues that arise now and again but it’s their drive to add to your overall quality of life that makes them ahead of the rest. You will not find more genuinely caring people with their level of expertise.
