Dr. Matthew Perry, Physical Therapist, Owner and Operator of Auto-Ness Physical Therapy
I graduated with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT), and I also hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology (human movement). I’ve worked with and training many populations from general fitness to athletic populations to elderly in a wide variety of sports and rehabilitation settings since 2014.
I have a passion for exercise science and use a functional hands-on approach to movement and improving the overall health of the members in our community.
I specialize in a functional movement approach that combines real world movements that you are required to perform and your goals to immediately translate into your everyday life. I consider anyone who enjoys pain free movement to be capable in enjoying a high quality of life.
Dr. Matthew Perry, PT, DPT specializes in:
Manual Therapy and soft tissue mobilization (a form of massage to directly make an impact on the tissues).
Functional Movement Systems Certified (FMS) and take a functional approach to help you by implementing a multifaceted treatment model to assist with healing both inside and outside of physical treatment sessions! This includes prescribing a personalized treatment plan to augment treatments along with 24-hour secure text messaging services while you are away on vacations or are in between treatment sessions.
Dr. Perry has taken continuing education seminar courses in Evaluation and Advanced Manipulation of the: cranio-facial region, cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine to ensure a skilled touch in complex areas.
Dr. Perry has completed continuing education in Myofascial Manipulation.
Dr. Perry has completed continuing education in Ergonomic assessments.
Dr. Emma Siu, PT, DPT
Dr. Emma Siu, PT, DPT graduated with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from University of Colorado, Anschutz Medical Campus (Ranked #11 Best Physical Therapy Program by U.S. News & World Report) and a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology from Point Loma Nazarene University with a minor in Psychology.
Dr. Siu’s extensive education provided her with a strong skill set including but not limited to evaluation and rehabilitation of musculoskeletal injuries and future injury prevention utilizing techniques such as myofascial decompression (cupping), active pin and stretch, active muscle pumping, muscle energy techniques, trigger point release, barbell training, return-to-run, and return-to-sport exercise-based interventions.
Dr. Siu holds robust experience in various populations such as active adults looking to return to exercise or improve their quality of life, athletes, adolescents, active and retired military, vestibular rehabilitation (BPPV, vertigo, concussion etc.), group fitness training, personal training, and deep and shallow water aquatic therapy.
Dr. Siu passionately engages in recreational and competitive Spikeball, as well as volleyball and weightlifting in her free time. Driven by a commitment to excellence and a deep understanding of the human body, Dr. Siu is dedicated to achieving optimal health outcomes alongside her patients.
Dr. Erin Kinneen, PT, MS, DPT, OCS, CLT, DMT
Dr. Erin Kinneen is a Doctor of Physical Therapy with nearly two decades of clinical experience helping patients overcome pain, restore movement, and return to the activities they love. She specializes in orthopedic manual physical therapy, pelvic health, lymphedema and oncology rehabilitation, vestibular disorders, hypermobility syndromes, chronic pain, and complex musculoskeletal conditions.
Erin is board-certified as an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) and is a Certified Lymphedema Therapist (CLT). She completed the prestigious OGI Orthopedic Manual Therapy Residency and is currently pursuing fellowship-level training in Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapy through the Bellin College Manual Therapy Fellowship, an educational pathway recognized by the American Academy of Orthopaedic Manual Physical Therapists (AAOMPT).
Throughout her career, Erin has developed a reputation for successfully treating patients who have not responded to traditional approaches. Her treatment philosophy combines hands-on manual therapy, evidence-based exercise prescription, movement analysis, pain science education, and individualized treatment planning to address the root causes of pain and dysfunction.
In addition to her clinical practice, Erin has served as a laboratory instructor for the University of Puget Sound Doctor of Physical Therapy Program and has mentored physical therapists and doctoral students throughout her career. She remains actively engaged in advanced clinical education and research to provide her patients with the highest level of care.
Erin’s extensive post-graduate training includes pelvic floor rehabilitation through the Herman & Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute, vestibular rehabilitation, blood flow restriction therapy, dry needling, spinal manipulation, oncology rehabilitation, and advanced manual therapy techniques. Her diverse expertise allows her to provide comprehensive care for a wide range of conditions, from sports and orthopedic injuries to pelvic health concerns, dizziness, lymphedema, and persistent pain. Her history of competitive cycling and training also equips her to perform bicycle fits.
She believes that exceptional physical therapy begins with listening. By partnering closely with her patients and developing personalized treatment plans, Erin helps individuals achieve meaningful, lasting improvements in function, performance, and quality of life.

When not in the clinic, you can find Erin spending time with her loved ones, her partner’s children, on long trail runs, painting mountain scenes, trying new foods, or in the yoga studio.
Brandon Grimsley
Dr. Brandon Grimsley, PT, DPT grew up in Torrance, California, where he developed a lifelong passion for sports and movement through baseball. He went on to earn his Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Pre-Physical Therapy from San Diego State University before completing his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree at San Diego State University.
Dr. Grimsley’s education and clinical experience have provided him with a strong foundation in the evaluation and treatment of orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions across a wide range of activity levels and backgrounds. He has experience working with athletes, active adults, older adults, desk workers, post-operative patients, runners, strength athletes, and overhead sport athletes, with a focus on sports rehabilitation, return to lifting, return to sport, post-operative recovery, balance training, and treatment of neck, back, shoulder, hip, and knee conditions.
Dr. Grimsley is a strong advocate for functional, exercise-based rehabilitation tailored to each individual. His treatment approach emphasizes meeting patients where they are, developing plans that are specific and meaningful to their goals, and using progressive loading to help them return to the activities that matter most. He incorporates strength and conditioning principles, manual therapy, cupping, soft tissue techniques, trigger point work, joint mobilization, plyometrics, and balance training to support both recovery and long-term performance.
Outside of the clinic, Dr. Grimsley enjoys lifting, yoga, hiking, and cooking health-conscious meals to support an active lifestyle. He also continues to enjoy baseball, basketball, and pickleball recreationally. Drawing from both his clinical background and lifelong appreciation for movement and sport, Dr. Grimsley is committed to helping each patient move with confidence, build resilience, and achieve lasting results.

Dr. Kevin Grayson PT, DPT specializes in:

Dr. Kevin Grayson, PT, DPT, received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences in San Marcos, California. Prior to his graduate program, he received a Bachelor of Science in Biology with a minor in chemistry from the University of Washington in Seattle.
His Doctorate program provided him with a strong background in manual therapy and extensive training in the evaluation of musculoskeletal injuries. Throughout his Doctorate program, Dr. Kevin enjoyed playing recreational soccer, surfing, and working as a teaching assistant and tutor for the spinal manipulation courses.
He has taken advanced courses in orthopedic physical therapy including Advanced Evaluation and Manipulation of Pelvis, Lumbar, and Thoracic Spine, Cervical, and Upper Thoracic Spine; Functional Analysis and Management of the Lumbo-Pelvic-Hip Complex; and Myofascial Manipulation.
Although his background is in orthopedic manual therapy, Dr. Kevin utilizes numerous treatment techniques including myofascial decompression (cupping), pin and stretch, active muscle pumping, muscle energy, trigger point release, and exercise-based interventions.
Dr. Kevin grew up in Seattle, Washington where he developed his passion for the outdoors. He has been an avid snowboarder for twenty-two years and has always been a multi-sport enthusiast. Having participated in sports for most of his life including soccer, football, baseball, and tennis, Dr. Kevin enjoys working with athletes of all ages.
He uses his experience working with patients in a variety of settings including acute care, acute rehabilitation, neurological rehabilitation, and vestibular rehabilitation to provide individualized treatment plans with a focus on return to meaningful activities and optimal function.
Dr. Kevin believes that although injuries may often be similar, each patient deserves a comprehensive and personalized rehabilitation plan. Dr. Kevin has a passion for physical therapy because he can give patients the tools and the knowledge to help manage their pain and dysfunction, all while creating meaningful and lasting relationships.
In his free time, Dr. Kevin enjoys exploring and surfing the San Diego beaches with his son and golden retriever.
Dr. Brad Belasco, PT, DPT
Dr. Brad Belasco, PT, DPT grew up in Poway, California, where he competed in football and lacrosse throughout his youth. He went on to attend Westminster University, where he played 4 years of NCAA lacrosse and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Pre-Physical Therapy. Dr. Belasco earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV) before moving back to San Diego.
Dr. Belasco’s education and athletic background provided him with a strong foundation in the evaluation, treatment, and performance-based rehabilitation of a wide variety of orthopedic, balance-related and movement-associated conditions. His treatment approach emphasizes restoring function, improving performance, and reducing injury risk through individualized, exercise-based and hands-on interventions.
While Dr. Belasco specializes in athlete-oriented rehabilitation, he has extensive experience working with patients of all ages and backgrounds; ranging from professional athletes to pediatric and geriatric populations. This broad clinical exposure allows him to adapt treatment plans to meet the unique goals and needs of each individual, regardless of activity level or condition.
Outside of the clinic, Dr. Belasco enjoys weightlifting, MMA, golfing, hiking, and being at the beach. Drawing from both his clinical expertise and lifelong involvement in sports and fitness, Dr. Belasco is committed to helping patients move better, perform at a higher level, and maintain long-term health.
